Bring Your Own Bundles Orders are completed same day if hair is dropped off. If hair is mailed, order will be completed 2-3 days of receiving bundles. We are located in Houston, TX. If the Wig Order form is not completed, this will delay processing.

Raw Hair Extensions Shipping is completed 7-10 business days after placing your order.

HD Lace Closure Shipping is completed 5-7 business days after placing your order.

​Refund & Return Policy ​ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Order cannot be canceled after purchase.

​Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. Please make sure that you read the details of the product in its entirety before placing an order due to the no exchange or refund policy. We encourage you to fully understand what you are ordering before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before making your purchase. 

Payment Verification is done on every order. If we cannot verify your payment, your order will be canceled.

FREE ​Shipping offered on all orders within the United States.

International Orders​ cannot be shipped to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Custom Fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer are responsible for. It is important to research the Custom Fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

Lost/Stolen Packages Raw Hair Exchange is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. All packages have insurance added to allow you to file any claims with the post office. All packages come with a tracking number. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date and time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office.
